Basal Body Temperature Chart Looks Like the Rockies!

One of the ways that you can follow your ovulation pattern is by checking your basal body temperature each morning.  It's easy to do and gives you a better idea of when to try.  The important thing is to check your temperature first thing (before getting out of bed, talking, drinking, moving, etc) each morning.  It is also necessary to check your temperature at the same time each day for the most acurrate results.

According to the test, what you are supposed to look for is a shift of .4 degrees Fahrenheit after ovulation.

My chart did not show what I expected.  The basal thermometer instructions said if your chart looks like the Rocky Mountains, you're probably not ovulating at that time.  But these are our best guesses as to when ovulation occurred.
